Self?compacting high?performance fiber concrete for foundations: Part 1 ?experimental verification and design considerations

چکیده

An investigation is carried out into the applicability of self-compacting high-performance fiber concrete (HPFC) in foundations. A mixture has been designed with a cube strength about 110 MPa. The contains 60 kg/m3 steel fibers. properties HPFC developed are very suitable for structural applications, especially because post-cracking tensile strength, provided by fibers, higher than axial so that hardening tension occurs after crack formation, often characterized multiple cracking. This not only results high bearing capacity but as well substantial durability. As potential application foundation elements considered. Experiments have to determine pre- and properties, shear resistance short beams loads near supports, anchorage length reinforcing bars, pile caps. tests used verification general design rules concrete, found fib Model Code 2010, developed. ductility, durable self-compacting. research program showed structures considered can be based on existing some extensions.
